          For the Boys Capital Campaign

Inspired by a bold vision for our second century, Church Farm School’s “For the Boys” Capital Campaign seeks to raise $6.5M that will provide capstone funding to transform the academic side of our historic campus for its second century of educating 180 high-achieving young men.
          1. New Arts Center: A new Arts Center will consolidate the school’s arts program into a centralized, modern facility complete with studios, labs, classrooms and practice and performance spaces. A central exhibition gallery and outdoor arts patio will showcase student work.
          2. Academic Building Renovations: The school’s main academic building – Greystock Hall – will be re-oriented to face the new entrance and quad. This will allow for a consolidated Admission office on the first floor, an enlarged dining center and modernized classrooms and gathering spaces.
          3. New Entrance and School Safety Enhancements: An inviting new entrance road from Valley Creek Boulevard will create a safer and more environmentally sound campus approach and exit.
The school anticipates site work will be complete in August 2020. Designers for the project are Voith and Mactavish, architects, and Chester Valley Engineers, civil engineers. Construction is being provided by H.L. Wiker Inc. and CH&E Construction, both of Lancaster, PA. Watchdog Project Management is overseeing the project.
